SENATE BILL NO. 12 "An Act relating to the prohibition or                                           
elimination of financial relationships with persons that conduct                                    
business in countries that support or ignore slavery and trafficking in                             
persons" was read the second time.                                                                  
                                                                                                    
Senator Therriault, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                  
1013. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 12(STA) "An                                         
Act relating to financial relationships with persons conducting                                     
business in or having headquarters in countries that support or ignore                              
slavery and trafficking in persons" was adopted.                                                    
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 12(STA) will                                        
be on the May 2 calendar.
